All of our beads are manufactured from the highest
quality of semi-precious stone obtainable from all over the world. They are all
temporarily strung in 16 inch length strands. We have available many kinds and sizes

Nevada Lapis - These beautiful
beads are a nice pink/green color and have a nice polish. This material comes from
central Nevada and was named by the mine owner "Lapis Nevada", meaning stone of
Nevada. This material is getting scarce as the mine has been closed for some
time. The factories have run out of rough rock. |
Notice: This mine is currently for sale. It has not been mined
for several years due to the death of the founder and owner. It is located about 100
miles SE of Reno, Nevada. If you are interested, call me for additional details. |

Ocean Jasper - This beautiful material is really popular
and unique. Initially discovered in 1922 off the coast of Madagascar, the
location was lost until the late 1990's, when it was rediscovered during a 45 day hunt for
it. It is located on the coastline and mining can only be done at low tide.
All material must be transported by boat as there are no roads close to the deposit |

Owyhee
Jasper - This beautiful jasper is well known for its landscape pictures.
Unlike the African picture jasper, the Owyhee Jasper sky area is usually blue/green with
the landscape brown tones. It will go with a lot of other stones because the colors
are earth tones. It is from SE Oregon, is quite hard and takes a high
polish. |
