Credit Cards either by telephone, through the shopping cart or through Pay-Pal.  Please do not send credit card information via email, for your safety. Visa ,Mastercard and American Express only at this time.  Credit card transactions over $500 must have prior approval.      

However, we reserve the right to hold any checks until they clear the bank for payment.  A $20 service fee will be charged on all returned checks. 

On orders which are sent on approval, such as gemstone rough, we require a deposit prior to shipment.

For International orders payment methods are determined on an individual basis.

Also, for International orders please specify in the special instructions the country of origin, as this will prevent delays in shipping.

We guarantee products to be as represented.  While we try to make pictures as accurate as possible,  a picture can sometimes make a product look different than the product you receive.  Most rock naturally has variations in pattern and color so what you receive may differ slightly.

We want all of our customers to be satisfied with anything they buy from us and will make every reasonable effort to make that happen.  We do, however, reserve the right to charge for shipping and a 15% restocking fee when a product is returned without just cause.
