SL-DRJ Desert Rose Jasper - This is a really nice jasper
that is now longer available. It is from south eastern Oregon.
We have both slabs and rough rock in this material. It is pink and
brown, sometimes with nice landscapes and dendrites. It polishes
easily.

SL-GCJ Grand Canyon Jasper -
These slabs are cut from the
Grand Canyon Jasper that came down the Colorado in ancient floods an
estimated 5 million years ago. The exact origin is unknown but is
found only in the lower flood plain hills over a hundred miles south of
Hoover Dam in eastern Arizona. There is a wide variation of color
and pattern. It is solid and hard and takes a great polish.
Many of the local rockhounds call it copralite but that is unconfirmed.
